Installation Procedure

  • Drilling: Use a carbide-tipped drill bit matching the specified bolt diameter. Ensure the hole depth exceeds the embedment depth by at least one bolt diameter.
  • Hole Cleaning: Remove all dust and debris using a manual pump or compressed air to ensure maximum friction between the sleeve and the concrete.
  • Torque Application: Use a calibrated torque wrench to tighten the nut to the manufacturer's recommended torque value. Over-tightening may cause substrate cracking, while under-tightening reduces load capacity.
